Yes, we got the call literally on the eleventh hour, erm … well, ok, so it was 2:45pm in the afternoon to be exact. The message was short and sweet: Your exhibition booth is ready for decoration, please come in after 10:00 pm tonight to do the set-up.
Thank goodness for our experiences in dealing with last minute notices; with flustered brides, in particular. Our team quickly selected 4 pieces of gowns, packed 4 mannequins, promotional materials, name cards plus decorative items, and headed out to The Pavilion Kuala Lumpur in the pouring rain for the set-up.
We are proud to say that the set-up was done in record time, that we even had time to pose on the Red Carpet entrance and take sneak peek photos of the runway stage under construction. So, do drop by our display booth on Level 5, next to the entrance of The Carat Club who is also our official Jewelry partner for MIFA 2009.
