Pretty In White will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 20 days from the receipt of the original order. Item cannot be returned or exchanged after 20 days from the receipt of the original order.
Items must be returned with Pretty In White tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.
